I’m not surprised. The images that you saw lasted for such a short space of time, but they need to be revisited. When I watch the castle projections I notice things I didnt even see the first time, because I was blown away by the spectacle of it all..The Selection Committee did well to chosse such a diverse group of artists, and its nice to be offered something that is challenging, and not just easy on the eye. (My little boy however loved the firework section.. which did jar a bit in my eyes, but Then I suppose it could easily be seen the other way round. I think if it happens again, it would be good to have the brief ideas up on the projections a little longer, so that you can see where all the ideas sprang from..
