Press Release

Conwy. North Wales.
For Immediate Release
blinc13 returns to Conwy this October for the 3rd time. The whole of Conwy will become an open air free festival space. Exciting commissions from Projection artists, Light Artists, Performers, Visual Artists, Poets and Dancers, will offer the audience a chance to see work that is very rarely seen in the UK. This years highlights include a laser bridge of light,  a large scale installation inspired by the works of Dylan Thomas and a homage to The Suffrage Movement, who celebrate their centenary this year. The two day event will include work from both established and emerging artists and is being curated by Craig Morrison and Joel Cockrill.  Last year over 20,000 people visited the wall medieval town of Conwy to witness the projections. blinc runs alongside Conwy Feast, one of Wales’ most successful food festivals and together they offer the visitor a good cultural highlight to the year.
