It came to light that there was to be the blinc arts festival in Conwy. Instantly the cogs got ticking with the urge to submit yet the wheels were lacking oil. I was than approached by Chris Bird to think about a joint submission. The original idea was to work on Llewelyns wall with photographic projection. This would be a challenge to direct the relevance of our vision. We knew we had the raw materials and the support form Photographer Viv Rickmen-Pool Musician Robin Boult and a film team of Graham Cooper and Hollie Harmsworth. A plan was developing until the word 3d mapping sent us all into a spin. The challenge lay before us, however to fulfill we had to change tact. Video mapping and the feet’s of travel conwy has offered in the last of half of the century. A poem, Music photography and moving image. All this mixed in with the chance meeting of a lady who documented the building of the tunnel in Conwy estuary and Mulberry Harbor all built in the same river basin. The story laces un-tied, in desperate need of a knot… See you on the saturday
